All our teachers are qualified with a diploma and/or certificate in teaching. The owner is a Qualified Nursing Sister and all our staff have a Level 1 First Aid Certificate from AID At Hand.
Deidre van Jaarsveld

Kosi Kasi is Deidre’s second nursery school. After selling her first school, she lived abroad for 5 years. On returning to South Africa she managed and was Kosi Kasi’ GR0 teacher for a year, after which she bought Kosi Kasi in 2013.
Monique Smith
Principal & Gr 0 Teacher
Monique has been a teacher at Kosi Kasi for over 7 years and , in April 2017, she was promoted to Principal. Before joining Kosi Kasi Monique was studying and working as an Au Pair.
Lebo Moleboheng

After working as an assistant teacher in our school, Lebo took over the important role of being our Cook 9 years ago.

Benji has been with Kosi Kasi for over 16 years now, overseeing our safety and maintaining our garden.

Teacher 3-4 years
Lilian joined us 6 years ago after being an assistant teacher at another school and completing her Teachers diploma.

Teacher’s Assistant 4-5 years
Caroline joined Kosi Kasi 5 years ago as assistant Teacher.
Mercy Sibindi
Teacher 2-3 years
Mercy has been part of Kosi Kasi for 9 years! During this time she study her Teaching Diploma and in 2017 became the 2-3 year old teacher at our school.

Aftercare Teacher and Assistant Teacher GR 0
Julie has been with Kosi Kasi for 6 years and recently started a new chapter as Assistant Teacher in the GR0 class.

In January 2017 Diane joined us as Aftercare teacher and took over as Teacher in our Baby unit

Carla has been employed by Kosi Kasi for 5 years . Prior to joining us, she was a teacher in another nursery school for 5 years.

Lungi has been assistant teacher for 5 years in our 2-3 year old group.
Lithle
Teacher’s Assistant 2-3 years
Lihle joined our team in 2019 and with her soft ,loving nature she is just the right person to assist Teacher Mercy in our very busy 2-3 year old group.
